Facebook and X login

Facebook login requests your basic profile and email address. When Facebook provides an email that is not registered with Dr.Prompt, we create your account and store your name, email, provider name and account identifier for future sign-ins. Existing accounts require confirmation before linking. If Facebook does not provide an email, we ask you to authorize email access or use email registration. X (Twitter) login uses basic profile information and requires linking to a verified Dr.Prompt account. We do not store Facebook or X access tokens or request permission to publish posts or send messages. To request removal of a linked identity, contact the privacy email listed below.

About this policy

Dr.Prompt provides account, team, payment-management, and operational dashboard features. This policy explains how Dr.Prompt ("we", "us", or "our") handles personal information when you use this service.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication method, and team role.
• Service activity, including sign-in, invitation, email delivery, order, subscription, and security events.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as timestamps and IP addresses.
• Payment status and provider identifiers. Card details are submitted directly to the payment provider and are not stored by Dr.Prompt.

Google account information

If you choose Google Sign-In, we request only OpenID, email, and basic profile information. We use it to authenticate you, create your Dr.Prompt account, and display your account name. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, email verification, team invitations, dashboards, and payment-management features.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and keep audit records.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, authentication, and payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and Hong Kong.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, dispute handling, accounting, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, signed sessions, and one-time verification credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable. You can also revoke Dr.Prompt access from your Google Account. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate security and accounting needs.

Children

Dr.Prompt is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
