Agreement
These Terms govern your access to Dr.Prompt. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Dr.Prompt for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Service
Dr.Prompt provides tools for managing accounts, teams, invitations, subscriptions, payment orders, and operational information. Features may change as the service develops. Payment processing and settlement are performed by third-party providers under their own terms.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Team owners are responsible for invitations, member roles, and activity within their teams.
Acceptable use
You may not use Dr.Prompt for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or sanctioned activity; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; misuse payment systems; or violate another person's rights.
Payments
Prices, billing periods, taxes, refunds, and settlement timing are shown in the applicable checkout or payment provider. Test-mode transactions have no monetary value. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before authorizing a real payment.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dr.Prompt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or address violations. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
